The smart ATMs at our Northampton Branch Lobby & Drive-up, Northampton VA Branch, and Worcester Branch are temporarily out of service. All UMassFive locations, including our Contact Center, are still available during normal business hours, and our online and mobile banking services remain available as usual.
How Do I Check My Co-op Points?
You can check your Co-op Points balance in several ways:
- View your monthly eStatement or paper statement. Your Co-op Points are featured in the top left-hand corner under your address.
- Speak with any UMassFive Representative.
