What you can do to ensure your experience is seamless
- Ensure automatic updates are turned on for your mobile apps, under Settings > App Store > App Updates.
- Double check that your email address and mobile phone number are current with the Credit Union by calling our Contact Center, visiting a branch, or sending us a secure message in Online Banking.
- Keep record of your Online Banking login User ID (this is what you type as your username to log in)
- Keep your account numbers handy—If you've never used our Online Banking before, you will need one to verify your identity when you login to Online Banking for the first time. An easy way to do this is to save your printed statement prior to the upgrade.
