Mike has been helping both members and colleagues as a Debt Solutions Specialist II in our Debt Solutions department since November 2016. Here is what his coworkers said about Mike:
- I’d like to nominate Mike for the Q1 CARES recognition. Mike consistently goes above and beyond, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. He’s a true member favorite—someone our members trust and rely on because of his calm demeanor, patience, and professionalism. Whether it’s helping a teammate or stepping in for a member, Mike is always ready to lend a hand. He’s not only incredibly knowledgeable in his role, but he’s also mastered the art of doing it with care and precision. His work ethic, reliability, and consistent positive attitude make him a cornerstone of the team. Mike truly embodies the CARES values, and I can’t think of anyone more deserving of this recognition for Q1.
- Each time I have reached out to debt solutions when a specific member needs Mike, he is always there. We have so many members who really appreciate Mike and all of the effort, time, and dedication that he offers to them. Not only is Mike dedicated to our members, but when there are questions that I have about Debt Solutions, Mike is quick to answer, always gives clarity, and is even happy to repeat himself if he has answered your question before. Mike’s hard work really shines here, and he is a lovely co-worker to be around!
- Mike consistently exemplifies what it means to lead with compassion, integrity, and professionalism—qualities that are especially critical to the work we do at the Credit Union. In every interaction, Mike goes above and beyond, bringing a calm and steady presence, clear and thoughtful communication, and an unwavering dedication to our members and his colleagues. His ability to build trust—particularly with members facing challenging or sensitive financial situations—stems from the empathy, patience, and respect he brings to every conversation. Mike approaches problem-solving with care, precision, and a genuine desire to make a difference. The impact of his work is both meaningful and lasting, and he serves as a shining example of what it means to embody the CARES values. There is no doubt in my mind that Mike is truly deserving of this Q1 recognition.
